Personal Training Services I am your in-home personal trainer. I will meet you at your home, a public park, a track or trail, your church multipurpose room. Wherever is most convenient for you, I'll meet you there. We will use a combination of what exercise equipment you have available, your own bodyweight, and my set of portable and versatile equipment to create a custom workout that tailored to your beginning fitness levels and to your goals. I will work with you to set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timely) goals. I begin most new clients with a free initial assessment, where we will record objective and subjective measurements, talk about your health history and your current and past experiences with exercise. We will work out a plan together. I am here for you as a guide and a supporter, but your success is dependent primarily on your effort.
Individual: 8 x 60 minute sessions $350 One-on-one personal training.
Couple: 8 x 90 minute sessions $600 Exercising with another supportive person increases your consistency and improves your results.
Group: 8 x 90 minute sessions (3-10 people) $1,500 Save even more money per person and improve your results by bringing your group together.
